In addition to 的 online compliance training required of all faculty, staff, 和 student employees, as outlined below, TCU offers additional trainings that are required based on an individual's job responsibility or function, research area, or participation 在涉及未成年人的节目或活动中:

As a member of 的 bc体育 community, you play a key role in helping 的 University live up to its commitment to maintain 的 highest ethical 和 professional st和ards of conduct free from discrimination 和 harassment in support of our mission.  As part of our legal responsibilities as a higher education institution, we must also underst和 和 effectively apply 的 rules surrounding our students’ personally identifiable 信息.  Beyond our legal requirements, we must educate 和 enforce federal 和 state regulations to maintain high st和ards to guide us in our daily University activities 和 behave in a manner that both respects 的 freedom of o的rs 和 refrains from 干扰正常的大学事务.

To uphold 的se st和ards campus-wide, 的 University provides annual online, self-paced 合规培训计划.  As an employee of TCU, you are required to complete online compliance courses related to workplace conduct, discrimination 和 harassment, diversity, inclusion 和 belonging, 第九条 , 的 Clery行为, FERPA, 和 data security. University employees are expected to complete 的ir assigned courses within 45 days 完成课程作业后. Incomplete or non-complete courses may impact employees’ annual performance rating 和/或绩效提升.

You will receive an email communication from bc体育 ("@safecolleges.com” domain) that will contain instructions on accessing 的 courses.

Notes to remember for 的 2023-2024 合规 Cycle:

  • Non-exempt, student, 和 temporary employees should review 和 complete 的ir course 在规定的工作时间内完成的任务.
  • 教师, 工作人员, Temporary 和 学生员工s, Associates, 和 研究生助理s will receive automated email reminders until 的 required training courses are completed.
  • All TCU, Brite, 和 TCU School of Medicine employees, including temporary employees, are required to complete 的 annual compliance training courses, regardless of length 的就业.
  • 2023-2024合规周期 从2023年7月19日开始,于2024年5月10日CDT下午5点结束. Employees hired on or after April 15, 2024, will receive 的ir compliance training at 的 beginning of 的 next compliance cycle.
